Palletisers

Pacwels Australian designed and manufactured mechanical palletisers offer considerable space savings of up to 70% over traditional mechanical and robotic palletisers and being fully servo driven are very economical to run. The range is:
• Basix.
This is a very versatile semi-automatic palletiser that can handle the range of pallet and tray sizes in common use in the packaging industry. It is a portable unit but only capable of ½ height palletising. The container handling mechanism enables the Basix to palletise a range of container shapes and those of suspect stability.
• APACS 2000Plus. This fully automated mechanical palletiser comes in a ½ height (1.3M) and full height (2.3M) pallet stack height versions. Both are fully servo driven and have minimal footprint. They are manufactured to a specific pallet size and like the Basix unit it is ideally suited to handle both small and large bottles and jars in a variety of shapes. The unique servo driven front and rear pusher plate support system enables even the most difficult shapes and suspect stability containers to be palletised with maximized layer integrity. The APACS palletisers are designed and recipe driven to also provide rapid re-configuration for different sized and shaped containers.
