Injection Blow Moulding
Jingye’s fully automatic single-stage Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) machines combine injection moulding and blow moulding in one continuous process to produce finished hollow containers without intermediate reheating.
Suitable for a wide range of applications including pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and beverage, sports water bottle and baby bottle packaging. Jingye IBM machines can process materials including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PC, Tritan, PS, PETG and SAN, with container sizes from approximately 2 ml up to 2000 ml.
