Carton packers

Pacwels Carton Packing system is designed to layer pack containers into pre-assembled lined cartons. It has a unique system for keeping the liner in place when inserting the vacuum head to place a layer of containers inside the carton. The unit is also portable and height adjustable to enable it to be moved to another container production line when carton packing is required.

The Carton packer is servo controlled to give energy efficiency but also infinite adjustment of acceleration, de-acceleration and movement of the carton elevator, vacuum head and infeed conveyor.

The Carton packer is designed and recipe driven to also provide rapid re-configuration for different sized and shaped containers into a specific carton size. Changing to a different carton size requires a change over of the vacuum head which is also a designed quick change over process.
